SHIPPING POLICY

Charlie Chap The WonderCat, LLC offers shipping through the USPS and currently ships all physical items within the United States, with the exception of The Adventures of Charlie Chap the WonderCat book and Gimmie Swag Charlie Chap the WonderCat Plushies which can be shipped internationally through other vendors or the vendors linked to/creators/publishers of those items on this website. If you are outside of the United States and would like to inquire about a physical product please reach out on my contact page.

Please note: that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
All orders will be shipped via USPS

  • Average transit times in the United States: 5 - 7 Business days

  • Average transit times internationally: 1 - 3 weeks (we do not shipp internationally)

 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company (USPS).

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at meetcharliechap@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  

  - Your order number and name

  - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
